We hide behind filters to get through the day. Sure, we filter our faces on social media. But we also filter our words, feelings, and bodies because we just want to fit in— to feel like we’re enough.
Some of them help, but most of them hurt. What would happen if you removed them? What if you could be your true self, #UNFILTERED.
Which filters are you hiding behind? I get it, and I’ve got you.
-
Anxiety & Panic Attacks
You’re overwhelmed, worried, restless. You’re always thinking about what will go wrong. It feels like there’s no way you can handle it all, and sometimes, you just freak out.
-
Body Image & Disordered Eating
You see all the things you don’t like about your body and pick yourself apart, like, a lot. Your relationship status with food? “It’s Complicated.”
-
Self-Esteem & Self-Worth
The voice telling you you’re “not good enough” just won’t STFU. You might be a perfectionist, or you feel super stuck because the self-doubt is so loud.

Most often, I work with female-identified adults and teens (age 13+), and I also love working with folks whose identities lie outside of this demographic. Diverse identities, presentations, bodies, and backgrounds are welcome. Queer affirming and LGBTQIA+ informed, trained in Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating.
While I hold some privileged identities (white/cis/mid-size/able-bodied) and won’t have your lived experiences, I am committed to independent education around cultural competency, and am excited to learn about your unique story.
